| Notes | Draver Dental is looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team in Shorewood. We are a small family practice that is growing and updating! We have newly updated computers and software. We are looking for a friendly receptionist for Mondays-Thursday. We would love to have you join our team! Our preferred candidate has previous experience with dentrix ascend, full time (willing to have multiple part time if necessary), ability to start at 7:30am, ability to work until 6pm Mondays, 5pm Tues-Thurs. Our receptionist should provide exceptional customer service, have a knowledge of dental terminology, be able to work with computers, and maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, checking-in patients, verifying insurance, managing patient records, and scheduling. Full time and part time employees receive IRA match, full time employees are eligible for health insurance, vision insurance, short term and long term disability insurance.
