The Basic package is the best choice if you’re looking for last minute temporary help. It’s a one-time text blast to all the candidates within a one hour driving radius to your office. It stays open for one week and new sign ups will be alerted to your job.
The Standard package is geared towards permanent and long-term temporary hires. You get a text blast AND email blast to all candidates within a 1 hour driving radius to your office. You get a Google job posting. That means if someone searches for a position in your town, your job will show up. They can also apply from there. Your posting lasts 30 days and all new sign ups within 30 days will be alerted to your job.
The Concierge package goes the extra mile. We help you with writing your job listing, provide wage guidance for your area, interact with interested candidates and schedule interviews for you. We are very social media savvy and get the word out about your job that way as well.
No. We never charge your credit card again. You pay for your posting once. It’s not a subscription.
You would need to do two separate postings. Once you do the first one, you’ll get login information to your email. When you login to your account you can see your first job. You can click “Post Now” and all details will be copied for your convenience. Just change the job title, wage, notes, and anything else. Make sure you post with the same email.
When you post your first job, an account is automatically created for you. You will get an email sent to you with instructions to access the account. You can set a password from there. If you didn’t get an email, check your spam. If it’s still not there, you can go to “dental office login” and click “forgot password”. It will prompt you to make a new password. If you still have trouble, contact us and we will help you.
We are physically headquartered in the Washington DC metro area (Northern Virginia), but our online presence is nationwide. We do extensive digital marketing to find hygienists and assistants in every state. We have profiles of everyone from new grads to the very experienced in your area; some that want to temp and others that want to find permanent positions; some that are just curious about new opportunities.
We all know this is a competitive market right now. You should set your wage up as high as you’re willing to go. There is a lot of competition. List every little benefit (401k, CE courses, uniforms, vacation, bonuses, long appt times, dental benefits, ect.) in the notes. If you can, be flexible on days and hours.
