| Notes | Platinum Dental Services is seeking a Hygienist to join our team! As a provider within Platinum Dental Services, you will be part of a group of elite Hygienists that treat their patients with the highest levels of technology and education. One of our core values is aspiring for education. We support our hygienists with a yearly CE allowance to allow you to pursue the continuing education you desire. Our clinical board also holds monthly Hygiene study clubs that offer CE opportunities each month that will help our hygienists to grow professionally. We also hold an annual retreat to bring our Hygienists together for additional educational opportunities as well as some fun. We believe in having a team of people that truly love to serve their patients. Patients drive our passion and are the center of everything we do. We strive for teamwork as well as clinical excellence for our patients on every visit. We are looking for team members that are goal-oriented and enjoy working in an adapting and growing environment. Benefits $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS or TUITION REIMBURSEMENT (up to $40K over the span of 3 years) or Retention Bonus up to $10k (paid out over 3 years) or Brand New Loupes Spear Study Club Monthly CE Courses CE Allowance ($1,000/YR) Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K matching 1 week PTO/Paid Holidays Responsibilities Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible Conduct oral health screenings including Oral Cancer Screenings Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis Clean and help protect patients’ teeth Educate patients of all ages on proper oral care Maintain documentation on every patient Requirements Valid Hygiene license Effective communication with patients and team members OSHA Compliance HIPAA Compliance Compensation: Choice of hourly pay or production pay |
