| Notes | Registered Dental Hygienist Registered Dental Hygienist | Hiring Immediately | 2-4 Days/Week Colony Square Dental Associates is a well-established, two-doctor practice looking forward to welcoming a Georgia licensed hygienist to our clinical staff. Our third hygienist will join our two hygienists, who have a total of over 50 years of providing patient care in our office, and complete a three-person hygiene team. We provide a full complement of dental services – Restorative, Dental Implant (including surgical placement and restoration), and Cosmetic – for patients valuing excellence in clinical skills as well as a personalized, professional approach to care. As a member of our office, you will have the opportunity to: provide care in a state-of-the-art setting, continue your education and enjoy a positive work atmosphere. Our ideal applicant is: • Experienced in all dental hygiene procedures with a minimum of 2 years of patient care preferred • Self-motivated, compassionate, friendly, and respectful of their co-workers and our patient family • Dedicated to quality care with a commitment to patient's health, comfort, and education • Superior in their verbal and written skills • Able to work with a varied patient population from children to seniors; able to assist in the diagnosis of dental disease; proficient in providing a full complement of dental hygiene services from the use of intra-oral cameras & digital imaging to fluoride applications, periodontal therapy, and development of a soft-tissue program to maximize the patient’s oral health • Committed to educating patients, not only on home hygiene tools & techniques that will help them maintain or enhance their oral health, but also on care recommended by the dentist. • Experienced in accurate documentation of patients’ charts in a digital and paperless environment (Carestream/PracticeWorks is a plus) • Able to maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations Our office offers: • The opportunity to work in a fee-for-service office where the patient’s needs are paramount.
